What is a refurbished device?

A refurbished phone or iPad is a pre-pre-owned, authentic device that has undergone testing and inspection to ensure it is fully functional and in good working condition. The device may have minor surfaces scratches or scuffs, but this will in no way affect the function of the device. 

Our partner Assurant, sources only Australian compliant devices that have been data wiped and cross checked against a national police lost and stolen database. They perform an industry leading 72 point check to ensure that the phone performs at a high standard. The devices sold by Assurant may have been sourced from overseas. Devices currently available for sale will be fully operational after the 3G network is shut down.
