How long will my refurbished phone take to arrive?

Last minute gifts? Metro Orders by 2pm Wed 20th December for guaranteed Xmas delivery!

All orders placed before 2pm will ship the same business day and orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day. Metro orders will arrive within 1-3 business days. Rural locations and PO Boxes will arrive within 1-6 days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your package has been dispatched. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
