Are there any marks or scratches on the screen?

Devices are not categorised by where the signs of wear and tear on the device are located - it is graded as an overall condition. A refurbished device is a pre-used, authentic device that has undergone testing and inspection to ensure it is in fully functional and in good working condition. The phone or iPad may have minor surface scratches or scuffs, but this will in no way affect the function of the device. Devices are separated into the following conditions:

As New - No signs of wear. Item is in pristine condition. 100% fully functional.

Excellent - Minimal signs of wear. Item may have very faint marks on the screen or the frame. 100% fully functional.

Very Good - Light signs of wear. May have some visible scratches on the screen and/or some scuffing. 100% fully functional.

Good - More obvious signs of wear. Item will display significant scratches, blemishes, scuff marks and/or small chips. 100% fully functional.
