How long will my refurbished phone take to arrive?
All orders placed before 2pm will ship the same business day and orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day. Metro orders will arrive within 1-3 business days. Rural locations and PO Boxes will arrive within 1-6 days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your package has been dispatched. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Simply contact Alegre on help@refurbished.boost.com.au (7 days) and request a Return Authorisation Number and instructions on how to ship your item back. Once received and inspected, the phone will be repaired, refunded or replaced.
